Freedom from Anxiety

Free-floating anxiety has plagued me my entire life. What I have found is that the more I am in my body, through yoga, tai ji chuan or movement of any kind, the anxiety is lifted and I am comforted. I wish it hadn’t taken me so many years to find relief. I have used alcohol, food, religion and relationships to ease the chronic inner unrest. Spirituality [The Goddess and the Dao] and movement have served me best. *Big sigh*
